We're pleased to announce that Cereal City Pickleball Club is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Our non-profit status will allow CCPC to apply for some grants to raise money for our vision.

The purpose of the organizations for charitable and educational purposes, more specifically, to enhance the health and welfare of the general public by encouraging, organizing, and promoting the development and growth of pickleball in the Battle Creek area, the State of Michigan, and the surrounding region. In addition, it is our vision to develop designated outdoor pickleball-only courts.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, it will allow our supporters to donate and make their contributions tax deductible.
